卡片一旦遗失,资金安全风险极高。请立即通过以下方式办理紧急挂失:
A lost or stolen card poses a significant security risk to your funds. Please report the loss/stolen card immediately through the following channel:

2.How to Prevent Fraud?


遮挡CVV2码:牢记卡背面签名栏处的3位安全码(CVV2),必要时可用贴纸遮挡,防止被他人窥视。
Cover Your CVV2: Memorize the 3-digit security code (CVV2) on the signature panel on the back of your card. If necessary, cover it with a sticker to prevent others from seeing it.

1.忘记交易密码/ATM密码怎么办?

邮件申请:如无法在线操作,请发送申请邮件至 service@ysepay.com.hk 获取密码重置指引。

2.如何修改密码?

您可在任何Visa标识的ATM机上使用"修改密码"功能进行操作(需知道原密码)。
You may change your PIN at any Visa-enabled ATM by selecting the "Change PIN" option (existing PIN required).

常见原因包括:
Common reasons include:


额度不足:联系商户管理员(如为公司卡)申请调整临时额度。
Insufficient Funds/Credit Limit: Contact the merchant administrator (if it's a corporate card) to request a temporary limit adjustment.


交易受限:部分商户类型(如高风险行业)可能被限制交易。
Transaction Restrictions: Transactions may be restricted at certain merchant types (e.g., high-risk industries).


卡片状态异常:卡片可能因多次输错密码被锁定。
Abnormal Card Status: Your card may be locked/suspended due to consecutive incorrect PIN entries.


建议:如遇失败,可先尝试换卡支付,或联系发卡机构查询卡片状态。
Suggestion: If a transaction fails, you may attempt to use an alternative payment method or contact the Issuing Institution to verify your card status.
